Trade School / Job Placement
Our Trade School and Job Placement Program connects individuals with the resources needed to learn in-demand trades and secure employment upon completion. We offer comprehensive job placement services that focus on practical skill development and workforce readiness, alongside direct connections to hiring opportunities. Additionally, we provide mental health referrals to support our participants' overall well-being. Our goal is to create clear pathways to sustainable careers, economic stability, and long-term success for individuals and the communities they serve, which is a vital aspect of our commitment to effective prison reform programs.
Each One Feeds One
We partner with Everyone Eats on a commitment to FIGHTING HUNGER AMONGST THE HOMELESS AND LESS FORTUNATE. For every single meal sold from one of their trucks, we will not only sponsor a FREE MEAL for someone in need, but also provide access to job placement services and mental health referrals. Plus, KIDS ALWAYS EAT FREE as we support prison reform programs that help create a better future for all.
Mental Health & Wealth Referrals
At Minorities With A Voice Corporation, our Mental Health & Wellness Referrals Program connects individuals with licensed providers for counseling, substance abuse support, and trauma-informed care. Alongside our mental health referrals, we also offer job placement services to help participants reintegrate into the community. Through trusted partnerships, we ensure access to professional services that support stability, healing, and long-term well-being, aligning with our mission in prison reform programs.
Financial Empowerment
Our Financial Empowerment Program not only helps individuals build financial stability through education on budgeting and credit repair but also connects them with essential job placement services and mental health referrals. By providing access to banking and savings pathways, the program equips participants with practical knowledge and tools to make informed financial decisions, strengthen economic independence, and support long-term success, which is crucial for those involved in prison reform programs.
